How it works
Every step is framed, documented and reserved for qualified investors.
You tell us your profile and objectives. We verify your eligibility as a qualified investor.
After signing a confidentiality agreement, you receive the full operation file: figures, plans, scenarios, risks.
You invest through a participation contract dedicated to the project, backed by category B preferred shares.
At the close of the project, the return is paid and your shares are bought back on the terms agreed at entry.
